Tiger Airways is a budget airline based in Singapore. It was founded in 2003 and is partially owned by national carrier Singapore Airlines. Its main hub is Changi Airport with all flights operating out of the Budget Terminal.
Tiger Airways focuses on routes within a 5 hour radius of Singapore. It offers scheduled flights to more than 20 destinations in Asia and Australia. Additional flights within Australia are operated by Tiger Airways Australia.
Both the Tiger Airways and Tiger Airways Australia fleets are comprised entirely of Airbus A320-200 aircraft.
Tiger Airways offers its own loyalty program called “Stripes”.
